[摘  要] 目的 评价彩色多普勒超声鉴别诊断甲状腺腺瘤与结节性甲状腺肿的临床价值。方法 回顾性分析超声诊断为75例甲状腺腺瘤及115例结节性甲状腺肿的彩色多普勒超声诊断资料，并与病理结果进行比较。结果 经病理证实甲状腺腺瘤66例，结节性甲状腺肿103例，甲状腺癌3例，桥本氏病2例。彩色多普勒对甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿的诊断正确率88%和89%。结论 彩色多普勒超声在甲状腺腺瘤及结节性甲状腺肿鉴别诊断中有较高的临床价值。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasonic diagnosis on thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter. Methods The ultrasonic manifestation of 75 thyroid adenoma and 115 nodular goiter were reviewed and compared with pathology findings. Results The pathology proved that there were 66 thyroid adenomas,103 nodular goiters,3 thyroid carcinoma and 2 Hashimoto disease. The accuracy of diagnosis for thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter by color Doppler were 88% and 89% respectively. Conclusion The color Doppler ultrasound had important clinic value in the differential diagnosis of thyroid adenoma and nodular goiter.
