肾动脉狭窄的超声、MSCTA、DSA影像检查对比分析

[摘 要] 目的 选择肾动脉狭窄的最佳影像学诊断方法。方法 对我院确诊的肾动脉狭窄的25例患者进行回顾性分析，评价MSCTA、彩色多普勒超声、DSA等影像学检查对肾动脉狭窄(RAS)的诊断优缺点，利于临床更有效的选择检查方法。结果 MSCTA对肾动脉的诊断具较高的敏感性、特异性和准确性。结论 MSCTA以其快捷、方便、检出率高，对肾动脉狭窄的诊断有很高临床应用价值。

Abstract: Objective To choose the best method of renal artery stenosis.Methods Reviewed the analysis for 25 patients who were diagnosed as renal artery stenosis,and studied the advantages and disadvantages of 64-slice multislice CT scan,Color Doppler ultrasound and DSA for renal artery stenosis (RAS).Results 64-slice multislice CT had higher sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Conclusion MSCTA had high clinical value for renal artery stenosis.
