[摘  要] 目前，肺癌是癌症患者中最常见的致死原因。自18F-FDG PET/CT显像应用于临床以来，其在肺癌诊断、分期、再分期、放疗计划制定、治疗决策及疗效评价中的相关研究逐渐增多。本文就18F-FDG PET/CT显像在肺癌中的诸如上述方面的应用价值及存在问题做一综述。

Abstract: Recently, lung cancer was the most common cause of cancer-related death in both men and women in worldwide. Since PET/CT was used in clinical practice,the studies of its value in diagnosing,staging,restaging,the making of radiotherapy plan and clinical management were developed quickly.This article reviewed on the value and the existing problems of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in lung cancer for the applications mentioned ahead.
