[摘 要] 随着国内PET/CT数量的增多，18F-FDG的需求大大增加，许多PET中心都配有自己的正电子药物生产设备，由于正电子药物的特点，其制备过程自动化程度很高，在18F-FDG合成过程中出现各种各样的问题在所难免，本文归纳总结了Siemens Explora FDG4化学合成模块的一些常见问题及解决办法，希望可以和使用同样机型的同行共同分享，避免同样问题的发生。

Abstract: Along with the increase of domestic PET/CT, the demand of 18F-FDG increased rapidly, most PET centers have their own equipment to product positron medicine. According to the characteristic of positron medicine,the production is highly automated.It is unavoidable that various problems will occur while producing 18F-FDG. This article summarizes some common problems and solutions of Siemens Explora FDG4 chemical synthesis module, thus to share our experience with other users, and avoid the similar problems.
