[摘  要] 目的 探讨高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）治疗肝癌效果，为肝癌治疗开辟一个新的途径。方法 采用爱申超声聚焦肿瘤消融机（HIFUNIT-9000型），B超体表定位，确定高频超声聚焦达到设计肿瘤治疗部位。结果 33例肝癌经HIFU治疗后，总有效率（CR+PR）为83.5%。1、2、3年生存率分别为75.76%、57.58% 、36.16%。结论 HIFU治疗肝癌是一个安全有效的治疗方案。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the liver cancer treatment effect of high intensity focused ultrasound.Methods Using Aishen high intensity focus ultrasound tumor ablation system (type HIFUIVIT-9000),the focused ultrasound tumor treatment was applied to focus the extracorporeal ultrasound inside the liver tumor. Results The total response  rate (CR+PR) was 83.35%, The 1,2 and 3 year survival rate were 75.76%,57.58% and 36.16%.Conclusion Treatment of hepatic carcinoma with HIFU is safe and significantly effective.
