[摘 要] 针对在传统临床教学模式中医学学生实习少的特点，介绍了本单位利用计算机仿真技术在微创与内镜技能虚拟培训中所取得的成效，并指出目前计算机仿真技术在临床教学中的优势与不足。

Abstract: In view of the traditional model of clinical teaching that students’ practice is not enough,this paper introduces the marked effect of minimal invasion and endoscopic skills training by using computer simulation technology in our hospital,and points out the advantages and disadvantages of computer simulation technology in clinical teaching.
