[摘 要] 目的 对比研究电子内镜系统窄带成像技术(NBI)与智能分光比色技术(FICE)各自的优缺点,为广大内镜工作者提供参考价值,也为医院配备“电子染色”内镜系统选型提供依据。方法 通过对比OLYMPUS EVIS LUCERA SPECTRUM与FUJINON EPX-4400电子内镜系统结构组成原理,NBI与FICE的成像特点、临床应用,比较分析各自的优缺点。结果 NBI与FICE技术主要区别在于:NBI系统是在冷光源上多配置了一个窄带干涉滤光片,FICE系统是图像处理中心增加了光谱估计处理电路和相应程序。结论 NBI与FICE作为当前“电子染色”内镜的代表,其技术都是最先进的,各有各优势,各大医院可以结合自身的专业特色和实际来对这两种技术进行选择。

Abstract: Objective Comparative research for the advantages and disadvantages of the electronic endoscopy system between Narrow-band Imaging(NBI) and Fuji Intelligent Chromo Endoscopy(FICE) can provide the reference value for most of the endoscopy workers, and can supply the evidence for purchasing electronic chromo endoscopy system in hospitals. Methods Contrasted the structure,the imaging features,and the clinical applying of the electronic endoscopy system between Olympus Evis Lucera Spectrum and Fujinon EPX-4400, and analysed their advantages and disadvantages. Results NBI system equipped with a narrow-band interference filter in the cold light source, and FICE system increased the spectral estimation processing circuits and program files in the central of image processing system. Conclusion As the representatives of the electronic chromo endoscopy technology, NBI and FICE are the most advanced technology.Hospitals can choose these two technologies according to the speciality characteristic and reality.
