[摘  要] “军字一号”数据库中的海量数据为数据仓库的构建提供了必要的条件。本文对数据仓库和传统数据库的数据组织方式作了比较，阐述了按主题来组织数据的优点和建立仓库的方法。数据仓库的建立能够为医院管理提供决策支持，为医院的科学发展提供保障。

Abstract: The abundant data in "Military No.1" database offer necessary situation to the construction of data warehouse.This paper compares the data organizing methods between data warehouse and traditional database,and expatiates the merits and methods of warehouse construction of organizing data.
